I know it's old and the newer versions are so much better, but that's my recommendation... Why?:
Because the latest versions of Opera Mini (8 and above) doesn't work with Phoenix OS and...
Let's face the truth... Opera Mini is one of the most used web browsers in the world between people with limited data plans (which are millions of people btw). So when data plans are a problem, Opera Mini is the way to go. Of course there are others browsers with data compression technology like UC Browser Mini (which works with Phoenix btw), but none of them renders a webpage so good as Opera Mini.
So Opera Mini is a must have on any Android OS/device and until the Phoenix devs fix this issue (which I already requested here), Opera Mini 7.6.4 is your friend....
